How long does it take for my package to be shipped?

Yes, our jewelry is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel consists of the materials iron, chromium and carbon. These fabrics have the property that they do not discolour.

No, there is no nickel in our jewelry.

Do I get a guarantee on the jewellery?
All our products have a warranty period of 1 year. If an item is defective within this period, please contact us directly at luxlovegiftshelp@gmail.com or contact us , don't forget to include your order number and a photo of the complaint in your message. During working hours, a suitable solution will be responded to within 12 hours.
